HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?

Normally 50 minutes

DO YOU USE FREUDIAN OR JUNGIAN ANALYSIS TECHNIQUES?

Yes am an integrative counsellor which means I am schooled in lots of different techniques. This way I can give counselling that Is tailor made for the client.
I also use CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Person Centred and the Humanistic approach

DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?

I offer discounts for NHS and Forces. Normal rates are £40 per 50 minutes for counselling or £50 per 50 minutes of Hypnotherapy.
